Stormwater Management in Methuen

Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line 98, by inserting after “flood storage” the following:

“;provided further, that $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Methuen for a stormwater management plan for the city of Methuen;”
