Hoosic River Revival

Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 2300-7022  by adding at the end the following:

"provided further that no less than $9,100,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of Phase 1 of the Hoosic River Restoration Project in the city of North Adams."
