Bradford Layover Environmental Hazard

Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line 79, by inserting after “Fall River” the following: “;provided further, that $250,000 shall be expended for a feasibility study and alternative analysis for a new site location for the Bradford Commuter Rail Layover Facility to determine necessary engineering and construction requirements as well as potential ridership, economic, and environmental impacts;”
