Historic Blackstone Canal Park in the City of Worcester

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-7077 the following item: "2000-XXXX   For the implementation of a study to assess the feasibility, economic benefits, traffic and community impacts, project costs, and to create and design plans and construction documents, for the proposal to reopen and reestablish a section of the historic Blackstone Canal as a park in the city of Worcester, including related costs for engineering, and assessment and planning to reconfigure the city’s sewer system affected by the project ………… $4,000,000"
