Harbor Islands Amendment

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Chapter 123 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended by adding into the second sentence of Section 112 the words “and chapter 30” after the words “chapter 149”.
