Lakes and Pond study/treatment in Sprinfield

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in line-item 2000-7077 by adding at the end the following: "provided further that a $1,500,000 lakes and pond study/treatment shall be conducted to bring awareness to abutters using synthetic lawn chemical products and to determine long-term solutions for the lakes and ponds in particular the kettle lake system in the city of Springfield
