Bourne Rail Trail Amendment

Representatives Vieira of Falmouth and Hunt of Sandwich move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-7025, by adding the following: “provided, further, that $1,300,000 shall be expended for the feasibility, design, and permitting of the Bourne Rail Trail Shared-Use Path along the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Rail Line Right-of-Way from the existing Shining Sea Bike Path in North Falmouth to the Cape Cod Canal in the town of Bourne;”
