Amendment #27 to H4599

Mr. Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  Chapter 123 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended in section 112 by striking the words "chapter 149" in the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the words "chapter 30 and chapter 149".”.
