Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in item 2890-7034 in line 400 by adding after the word "Fall River" the following “; provided that not less than $150,000 be expended for construction of the multi-use recreational Southern New England Trunkline Trail in the towns of Douglas and Uxbridge,”
