Representatives McKenna of Webster and Durant of Spencer move to amend the bill in item 2890-7034 in line 400 by adding after the word "Fall River" the following “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be granted to the Towns of Dudley and Webster for improvements to the Quinnebaug Rail Trail”
