Drainage Culvert

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in line item 2200-7022 by adding at the end the following;- “;provided further that not less than $75,000 be expended for the replacement of drainage cross culvert on East Street in the Town of Topsfield.”
