Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 47, in lines 1010 and 1016, by striking out the word “percentile” in each line and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “per cent”;
and further moves to amend the bill, in section 64, by striking out, in lines 1357 to 1359, inclusive, the words, “a registered nurse licensed under section 80B of chapter 112 and authorized by the board of registration in nursing to practice as a certified clinical specialist in psychiatric and mental health nursing” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- an advanced practice registered nurse licensed and authorized by the Board of Registration in Nursing pursuant to sections 74 and 80B of chapter 112 that holds certification from a board-recognized certifying organization in the field of psychiatric mental health;
and further moves to amend the bill, in section 74, in line 1650, by striking out the word “The” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Subject to federal approval, the”;
and further moves to amend the bill, in said section 74, in lines 1659 and 1660, by striking out the words “and shall not use any measures not designated as non-core measures”;
and further moves to amend the bill, in said section 74, by striking out subsection (b) of section 81 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:- (b) Each assessed specialty clinic shall, in each fiscal year, pay to the executive office an amount equal to the lesser of 8.75 per cent of the total dollar amount of private sector charges, as defined in section 64 of chapter 118E, or an amount equal to 6 per cent of the revenues received by the taxpayer, as defined in 42 C.F.R. § 433.68(f)(3)(i)(A);
and further moves to amend the bill, in said section 74, in subsection (c) of said section 81 of said chapter 118E, by adding the following sentence:- “The Executive Office of Health and Human Services shall submit to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services any waivers necessary to implement paragraphs (a) to (c), inclusive.”;
and further moves to amend the bill, in subsection (a) of section 103, by adding the following sentence:- “The Executive Office of Health and Human Services shall submit to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services any waivers necessary to implement paragraphs (a) to (c), inclusive.”;
and further moves to amend the bill, in said section 103, by inserting after the word “payors” , in line 2447, the following words “, provided that any payments made on behalf of Medicaid recipients, Medicare beneficiaries or persons enrolled in policies issued under chapter 176K or similar policies issued on a group basis shall not be included in this calculation”;
and further moves to amend the bill, in said section 103, by inserting after the word “section”, in line 2504, the following words “, except to the extent required under state or federal law, including but not limited to any increase required to meet actuarial soundness requirements for Titles XIX and XXI”.
