Urgent Care Clinics

Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill in Section 74, in line 1670, by inserting after the word “51M” the following: 

“, except for an urgent care clinic that is an affiliate of, or joint venture with, an entity approved as a MassHealth accountable care organization.”
