Mr. Rushing of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting after the words "surcharge payor" on line 2443, the following:-

“as defined in section 1 of Chapter 6D of the Massachusetts General Laws, as created by section 15 of Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012,”
