Amendment #20 to H4617

Prenatal Screenings

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX.   Section 10A of Chapter 118E of the General laws, as appearing in the 2017 Official Edition, is hereby amended in the first paragraph by inserting after the words “prenatal care,”, the following new words:- including but not limited to all American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommended prenatal carrier screenings for expectant mothers, women of high risk, and tests when prenatal screenings are positive,
