Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 10 by striking after the word "inpatient," in line 134, the following words:-“and post-acute”,  in section 21 by striking after the word “events,’ in line 393, the following words:-“rates of institutional post-acute care” and in section 23 by striking after the word ‘boarding;’ in line 406, the following words:- “or (iii) unwarranted institutional post-acute care;”
