Nursing Home Reimbursement Rates

Ms. Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in SECTION 113, in line 2673, by striking out the word “and”; and in said section, in line 2674, by inserting after the word "residents" the following: "and (E) take into consideration the increased costs associated with the provision of goods, services and housing in certain high cost areas, including the islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket and the town of Provincetown"
