Sales Tax Rollback

Mr. Lyons of Andover moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXX. Section 2 of Chapter 64I of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking “6.25 per cent” and replacing it with “5 per cent”.”
