Amendment #3 to H4640

Minimum Wage

Representatives Hill of Ipswich and Barrows of Mansfield move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION X. Section 1 of Chapter 151, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:- “provided further, this section shall not apply to anyone under the age of 18 and further the wage of $11 shall be considered the minimum wage for employees under the age of 18.”
