Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill by striking out lines 128 to 131, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

SECTION 27.  Said section 7 of said chapter 151, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “section 1”, in line 36, the following words:- ; provided, however, that an employer shall calculate the amount required by clause (2) at the completion of each shift worked by the employee, with payments to the employee to be consistent with section 148 of chapter of 149.

And moves to further amend the bill in section 29, in line 355, by striking out the words “commissioner of unemployment assistance” and inserting in place thereof the following:- department;

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 29, in line 497, by striking out the word “A” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- For medical leave,  a;

And moves to further amend the bill in section 29, in line 531, by striking out the words “section 2” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- this chapter.
