Penalties for Knowingly Registering Ineligible Voters

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 4 by adding the following:-“(h) Any state employee who is found to have knowingly registered an ineligible voter to vote shall be immediately terminated from their employment and shall be barred from working at any other automatic voter registration agency.”.
