Voter Identification

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill by inserting, in section 7, in line 206, after the word “crimes”, the following new subsection:- “(k) Any person who is not eligible to vote and who wishes to register to vote under this provision shall be able to vote if that person’s photo identification is shown prior to voting in federal, state, local and municipal elections,”.
