Deductions

Mr. DiDomenico moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “capability”, in line 7, the following words:- “; and provided further, that no deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of Floyd Dunnell, III pursuant to chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service subsequent to August 13, 2018 and, upon retirement, Floyd Dunnell, III shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which he would have been entitled had he retired on August 13, 2018”.
