Amendment #138 to H4714

Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP) Cap

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Walsh of Peabody, McGonagle of Everett, González of Springfield, DiZoglio of Methuen, Ultrino of Malden and Fiola of Fall River move to amend the bill by adding the following 2 sections:

SECTION XXXX. Paragraph (5) of subsection (q) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 905 and lines 911, the figures: “$5,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$20,000,000”.

SECTION XXXX. Subsection (5) of section 38BB of chapter 63 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 60 and 66, the figures: “$5,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$20,000,000”.
