E-Permitting

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 7002-8006, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; and provided further, that no less than $40,000 be provided to the town of Sterling for the implementation of an online, E- Permitting program”.
