Building code upgrade fund

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-8006, by inserting the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the City of Haverhill for the establishment of a building code upgrade fund”
