Newburyport Rt. 1 Improvements

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8006, by adding the following: “provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for improvements and repairs to the Route 1 corridor located in the city of Newburyport”.
