Representatives Nangle of Lowell, Golden of Lowell and Mom of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 6720-1341, in line 72, by inserting after "item" and the following: "provided further that $3,000,000 million dollars shall be expended for the city of Lowell for the design and engineering of a 1,000 space parking garage on the site of a current surface parking lot"; and it said item by striking out the figures"$100,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "103,000,000."
