Amendment #211 to H4714

University of Massachusetts at Boston Capital Improvement Project

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 7009-2005, in line 58, by inserting after "program"  the following: "provided further, that $95,000,000 shall be expended on the campus of the University of Massachusetts at Boston for capital projects necessitated by original construction and design problems of which $55,000,000 is allocated to the Utility Corridor/Road Relocation (UCRR) project and $40,000,000 allocated to Relocating Science Labs/Programs and in section 2B, in item 7009-2005,  by striking out the figures "$75,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$170,000,000".
