Ludlow Mills

Mr. Petrolati of Ludlow moves to amend the bill by adding in section 2A, the new item 7002-xxxx. For the town of Ludlow  for new construction of 4,500 lineal feet of Riverside Drive with accompanying infrastructure as a Public Way within the Ludlow Mills complex. The Roadway/Infrastructure Project will provide the necessary Public Infrastructure as well as full and safe multi-modal  public access to the overall site which will follow Massachusetts Complete Streets Guidelines.This project will directly benefit and assist the Mills numerous existing businesses, workers and local residents. It will enable both the redevelopment of The Historic Mill Complex's Iconic Clock Tower Mill and also provide approximately 60 acres of pre-permitted land for new development.  It will create employment opportunities projected to be over 900 new jobs........................$3,500,000.
