Amendment #31 to H4714

Video Conferencing

Mr. Brodeur of Melrose moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

SECTION XX. Section 7A of chapter 167E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “person”, in line 14, the following words:- or by video conference.

SECTION XX. Section 65C½ of chapter 171 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “person”, in line 14, the following words:- or by video conference.
