Amendment #35 to H4714

Film Tax Credit

Mr. Mariano of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Section 9 of chapter 158 of the acts of 2005, as amended by section 15 of chapter 63 of the acts of 2007, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “and before January 1, 2023, but credits allowed pursuant to this act may be carried forward pursuant to sections 1 and 2 after January 1, 2023.”.”.”
