Western Massachusetts Economic Expansion Investment

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in line item 7002-1501 of Section 2A by adding the following:- “; provided, further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the development, construction, and related infrastructure costs as part of a capital investment for outpatient site renovation connected to a Clinical Trials Unit associated with an academic medical center located in Hampden County $2,000,000”
