Towing Swimming Pools

Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

SECTION XX.  Section 9 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph :-  "One-piece swimming pools of 16 feet in width may be drawn on the highways of the commonwealth."
