Cashless Amendment

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 3 the following section:

“SECTION 3A. Section 24 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “agents” , in line 17,  the following words:- ; provided, further, that said restriction shall not govern the transmittal of lottery information and sales for the purpose of facilitating point of sale transactions.”
