Municipal Light Plant Exemption

Representatives Ferguson of Holden, Jones of North Reading, Brodeur of Melrose, Barrows of Mansfield, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Gifford of Wareham, Harrington of Groton, Kane of Shrewsbury, Naughton of Clinton, Orrall of Lakeville, Whipps of Athol, Zlotnik of Gardner, Poirier of North Attleborough and Pignatelli of Lenox move to amend the bill in section 7, by adding the following subsection: "(d) This section shall not apply to municipal lighting plants".
