Off-Peak Energy Storage

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in Section 3 by striking the following: "that commenced commercial operation on or after January 1, 2019"; and in Section 7, line 46, by adding after "department" the following: "No generating resource shall provide more than 438,000 clean peak certificates annually.”
