Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 6 by striking out, in line 35, the words “December 31, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 31, 2019;

And further moves to amend the bill in said section 6 by striking out, in line 36, the words “December 31, 2030” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 31, 2029.
