Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 1 by inserting after the word “offeror”, in line 7, the following words:- , or against any company operating as a sole proprietorship, limited partnership or limited liability partnership or corporation or any affiliated business or subsidiary of which the offeror is, or was within the preceding 4-year period, the owner, manager, officer or director,;

and in section 2 by inserting after the word “applicant”, in line 49, the following words:- , or against any company operating as a sole proprietorship, limited partnership or limited liability partnership or corporation or any affiliated business or subsidiary of which the applicant is, or was within the preceding 4-year period, the owner, manager, officer or director,.
