Technical clarification

Mr. Lewis moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “premium” the following words:- “for a group or individual disability contract issued or delivered in the commonwealth to 1 or more residents of the commonwealth”; and

in section 2 by striking out the figure “2019” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “2020”.
