Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by striking out section 1 and inserting in place thereof the following section:

“SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 236 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out the first paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the town of Wareham may grant 1 additional license for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises to Stone Path Malt LLC located at 11 Kendrick road pursuant to section 12 of said chapter 138. The license shall be subject to all of said chapter 138, except said section 17.”.
