Municipal Lighting Plant Exemption

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 6,  by inserting after the following: “chapter 151A” the words “; provided that this shall not apply to any electric company or gas company owned by a municipality or municipal lighting  plants."
