Geographical Equity

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in lines 129, 130 and 131, by striking out the following: “and (ii) for members whose primary residence is located at a distance that is greater than 50 miles from the state house, $20,000” and inserting in place thereof the following: “(ii) for members whose primary residence is located at a distance that is greater than 50 miles from the state house, $20,000; and

and (iii) for members whose primary residence is located at a distance that is greater than 100 miles from the state house, $25,000”
