Proper Process

Messrs. Humason, Tarr, O'Connor, deMacedo, Fattman and Ross move to amend the bill by striking out sections 38 through 50 in the entirety and inserting in place thereof the following new section:-

"Section 38. This act shall take effect January 2, 2019."
