An Act relative to the curatorship program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 2B of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

In any city or town that accepts this sentence, this section shall not apply to a historic property leased pursuant to section 44 of chapter 85 of the acts of 1994.
