Amendment #1 to S2014

Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by striking out all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the following:

“SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 200 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 7 and 8, the words “limited equity cooperative”.

SECTION 2. The deed from the commonwealth of Massachusetts to Soldier On Veterans Village II, LLC recorded in the Hampden county registry of deeds at book 18749, page 549 and all subsequent transfers and actions taken pursuant thereto are ratified, validated and confirmed.”
