Amendment 2

Transfers to Minors

Messrs. Moore, O'Connor and Fattman and Ms. O'Connor Ives move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

“SECTION XX: Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, no person of any age may knowingly transfer marijuana in any amount, a marijuana product, or a marijuana accessory to any person under the age of 21, except in the case of a parent or guardian caregiver providing medical marijuana to an underage patient.”
