Police Authority over Public Consumption

Messrs. Moore, O'Connor and Fattman and Ms. O'Connor Ives move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

Section XX: Section 22 of chapter 270 is hereby amended by adding, in line 97, after the word "inhaled", the following new phrase:-

', including marijuana as defined in subsection (g) of section 1 of chapter 94G.
