Subcommittee on public health

Messrs. Lewis, O'Connor and Fattman, Ms. O'Connor Ives, Mr. Ross and Ms. Chang-Diaz move to amend the bill by striking out, in line 106, item (i) and inserting in place thereof the following item:-

(i) a subcommittee on public health to develop recommendations on products, potency, packaging, labeling, marketing and advertising, and related public health issues;
