Messrs. Lewis and Moore and Ms. O'Connor Ives move to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 152 through 155, the words “provided, however, that a zoning ordinance or by-laws shall not prohibit the placement of a marijuana establishment that cultivates, manufactures or sells marijuana or marijuana products in an area in which a medical marijuana treatment center is registered to engage in the same type of activity;”
